Responsibilities

• Source and communicate with CDL driver applicants
• Conduct screening and qualification
• Submit drivers to carriers
• Maintain follow-ups and placement records
• Communicate professionally via phone, text, and email

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-directed and dependable work style
• Consistent daily outreach and follow-up
• Prior recruiting or driver recruiting experience preferred
• Entry-level applicants considered based on reliability and work ethic

Compensation

• 1099 independent contractor
• Commission-based structure
• Typical weekly earnings: $800–$1,500+
• Higher production may exceed this range
