Join Our Client as a Manufacturing Engineer in Charlotte, NC an elite industry pioneer! We're seeking a driven problem solver with a technical BS and 2+ years of manufacturing experience to optimize workflows, lead Kaizen events, and drive operational excellence on our fast-paced production floor.

salary: $32.07 - 41.15 per hour
work hours: 10pm to 7am

responsibilities:

• Provide daily engineering support on the manufacturing floor to resolve equipment, tooling, and assembly issues, maximizing equipment uptime and process reliability.

• Lead Kaizen events and apply Lean Manufacturing principles to eliminate waste, optimize workflows, and implement visual management systems.

• Analyze process bottlenecks, cycle times, and capacity constraints to establish standard work, line balancing, and layouts.

• Partner with Quality to reduce defects, support PFMEA activities, and enforce strict company and OSHA safety standards.

• Lead cross-functional projects from concept to rollout, managing timelines, ROI analyses, and plant leadership updates.
