Key Qualifications:
- Valid Connecticut Special Education (SPED) teaching license required

Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored instruction and interventions for students with varying exceptionalities
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Consult and collaborate with general education teachers, administrators, and families
- Manage caseload responsibilities effectively, ensuring progress monitoring and data collection
- Adapt teaching practices and materials to support diverse learning styles in a resource or non-traditional setting
