Position Details Main Office location: Concord, MA Service Area: Lowell, Billerica, Chelmsford, Westford, Groton, Pepperell, Dunstable areas. Job Type: Full Time Schedule: Monday - Friday Responsibilities Treat newly evaluated patients and follow creative and intensive plans of care Follow detailed treatment and care plans for each of the patients Communicate and coordinate with patients' physicians to ensure a consistent level of care Treat patients in their homes and teach them how to safely ambulate in their own environment Communicate and document on patients' progress Assist administrative staff with billing and reporting inquiries Comply with federal and state Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant regulations Work and connect with other therapy and nursing staff to promote excellent communication Ensure outstanding communication with patients, families, physicians and teammates Strive for the best patient experience and outcomes possible Qualifications 1+ years' professional COTA experience preferred Valid state COTA license Exceptional work ethic and dedication to patient success Excellent verbal and written communication skills Basic computer skills CPR and first aid certification required Benefits & Compensation Salary Range: $68-80k/Annual Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) match, PPO Plan, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, and Flexible Spending Account.
