T he Opportunity As Assistant Property Manager, you will work closely with the Property Manager to support: Major capital improvement and renovation initiatives Operational turnaround efforts Aggressive lease-up and occupancy growth strategies Financial performance and resident satisfaction goals You’ll be at the center of daily operations during a transformative period — helping to stabilize, strengthen, and elevate the community. Key Responsibilities Operational & Financial Support Assist with budgeting, reporting, rent collections, and delinquency management Support expense control and revenue optimization efforts Ensure compliance with company policies and housing regulations Capital Improvement Coordination Help coordinate vendor access and project scheduling Communicate renovation updates to residents professionally and proactively Support tracking of project timelines and unit readiness Leasing & Lease-Up Execution Support leasing initiatives and marketing outreach Help drive traffic, conversions, and retention Maintain accurate availability and inventory reporting Resident Experience & Team Collaboration Deliver exceptional customer service Address resident concerns promptly and professionally Serve as a steady, solutions-focused presence during change Qualifications Multifamily property management experience required Experience supporting capital improvement projects preferred Exposure to turnaround or lease-up environments highly desirable Strong financial and administrative skills Excellent communication and organization abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, evolving environment If you’re ready to step into a challenging, rewarding role where your contributions truly matter, we want to hear from you.
