Regional Director of Operations

Regional Director of Operations (RDO) The Regional Director of Operations (RDO) partners with facility leadership across their assigned region to ensure operational success. Responsibilities include overseeing budgets, census, staffing, and compliance while providing strategic leadership and support to Administrators.
