Holland America Line Inc. seeks a Senior Benefits Analyst to manage the ADA interactive process and all leave programs for shoreside North American employees. You will serve as the subject matter expert on ADA accommodations, FMLA, PWFA, and state/local leave laws and policies. You will partner with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Legal, and the leave administrator to ensure timely, compliant case management and accurate communications.
