Credit Portfolio Manager

A large regional bank is seeking to add a Credit Portfolio Manager to its Healthcare group. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team with a strong national presence and a well-established credit platform. The role focuses on underwriting, portfolio management, and credit risk oversight across a diverse healthcare lending portfolio, partnering with relationship managers and senior credit leadership to support continued growth within the healthcare vertical. Responsibilities Underwrite new and existing healthcare credit facilities of $25MM+. Manage and monitor portfolio performance to ensure strong credit quality and adherence to risk standards. Actively participate in the management, servicing, and growth of a middle‑market healthcare lending portfolio to meet department profitability and performance metrics. Qualifications 4+ years of experience underwriting new and existing commercial credit transactions, along with portfolio management experience. Prior experience with senior living and skilled nursing transactions preferred. Strong knowledge of commercial loan documentation, credit underwriting, financial ratios, credit structures, cash flow analysis, collateral, and guarantor analysis. Experience structuring and pricing loan transactions to achieve profitability and risk‑adjusted return targets. #J-18808-Ljbffr
