• Hours:Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5: 00 pm | 60% admin / 40% clinical

• Compensation: $400,000 base salary + incentive compensation based on quality and productivity metrics.$30,000 allotted for relocation assistance and sign-on bonus, negotiable
