Regional Administrator

Lympha Press is hiring for a Regional Administrator for their office in Webster, MA!

· Monitors processes to ensure timely acceptance of patient cases by Therapy Coordinator.

· Ensures all necessary medical documentation for the patient case is received timely and accurately.

· Assists with assigning and reassigning patient cases timely.

· Reviews patient cases and performs follow up with Therapy Coordinator when cases show as outstanding or unscheduled.

· Verifies Therapy Coordinator work hours and patient visits.

· Provides approval for off cycle visits to the patient home on a case-by-case basis.

· Assists with training and education regarding home visit protocols and equipment.

· Collaborates with internal operations teams on order completions and necessary documentation.

· Identifies, escalates, and communicates patient questions, concerns, or other needs to the patient relations team for follow up.

· Maintains compliance with all appropriate regulatory requirements including HIPAA, non-disclosure and non-solicitation.

· Travels as required to service territory needs.

Job Requirements:

• Customer relationship and product education/training experience.

• 2-5 years of experience successfully managing a small team required.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills,

• Proven organizational and time management skills,

• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks,

• Knowledgeable with technology, including but not limited to scheduling, travel and documentation applications and software.

• Self-motivated and self-disciplined; ability to effectively work independently and meet expectations of the role.

• Ability to work with multiple departments to collaboratively facilitate solutions.

• Prior administrative experience preferred but not required.

• Strong working knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)

• DME experience preferred but not required.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required.

Compensations Range is $72,000 to $75,000!
