CNA (CERTIFIED NURSE AIDE)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate CNA (Certified Nurse Aide) to join our team at Sand Springs Nursing & Rehab in Sand Springs, Oklahoma. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, ambulation, and transfers

• Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff

• Help residents with medication management, as needed

• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure a positive and supportive care environment

Requirements:

• Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents (up to 50 pounds)

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
