Our team is seeking proactive and customer-focused individuals to join us as Travel Assistance Specialists. This remote position involves helping clients navigate the vacation planning process, providing travel-related support, and assisting with the coordination of memorable leisure experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients to learn about their travel interests, preferences, and future vacation plans
  • Help identify suitable travel options including cruises, resorts, guided tours, accommodations, and activities
  • Assist with gathering and organizing travel details required for reservations
  • Monitor booking progress and help ensure travel information remains accurate and up to date
  • Provide clients with information regarding itineraries, travel requirements, and trip preparations
  • Support travelers with requests, updates, and planning-related questions
  • Maintain organized records and documentation using company systems and online tools
  • Keep informed of destination news, supplier offerings, and seasonal promotions
  • Participate in virtual training programs and ongoing learning opportunities
Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage priorities effectively while working remotely
  • Comfortable using email, web applications, and digital communication platforms

  • Interest in travel, hospitality, customer support, or experience-based services
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, Spain, or approved regions
