Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Per Diem Job Summary Fallsview Rehabilitation & Nursing is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on a per diem basis. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to residents, including but not limited to: Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Assisting with feeding, toileting, and mobility Reporting changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and services Collaborate with licensed nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans Participate in facility-wide quality improvement initiatives Demonstrate a positive and respectful attitude towards residents, families, and colleagues Requirements Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of New Jersey Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Opportunity to work in a small and intimate rehabilitation and nursing center with a focus on personalized care Collaborative and supportive work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Fallsview Rehabilitation & Nursing
