Stone Mountain, GA, US Salary Range: $18.00 To $23.00 Annually Job Summary: Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of material handling equipment at our facility such as forklifts, personal and burden carriers, pallet jacks, dock doors and levelers. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and Repair: Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues. Routine Maintenance: Perform scheduled inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure safety and the optimal performance of equipment. Utilize Diagnostic Tools: Use specialized diagnostic software, tools, and equipment manuals to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions efficiently. Customer Service: Communicate effectively with clients, addressing concerns and providing clear explanations of repair procedures. Follow Defined Process: Accurately document all repairs, maintenance activities, and parts used in service reports, ensuring comprehensive service records. Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and industry regulations while performing repairs and maintenance. Quality Assurance: Ensure all equipment adheres to industry standards and company policies for performance and safety. Independence: Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple repair tasks concurrently. Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
