FP&A Analyst

Company Overview: A leading global investment firm with nearly $300 billion in assets under management is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst. This role will support firmwide financial reporting, forecasting, and strategic analysis. Job Responsibilities: Prepare, consolidate, and analyze firmwide financial forecasts and weekly management reporting packages. Support quarterly earnings processes, including collection, consolidation, validation, and analysis of financial results. Perform financial analysis across business units and corporate functions. Develop and maintain financial models, forecasting tools, and valuation analyses. Assist in preparing presentations, board materials, and executive memorandums for senior management. Partner with Investor Relations and Business Finance teams to support investor inquiries, earnings preparation, and strategic initiatives. Analyze trends, key performance indicators, and operating metrics to provide actionable recommendations. Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, enhance financial controls, and streamline workflows. Support implementation of new systems, reporting tools, and FP&A best practices. Participate in ad hoc strategic projects and special analyses for senior leadership. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field. 4+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Financial Reporting, Transaction Advisory, Consulting, or Accounting. Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills. Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency. Experience with financial planning and reporting tools such as Essbase, Anaplan, Tableau, Power BI, Hyperion, or similar platforms is highly preferred.
