Direct Care Associate

Direct Care Associate RSR Human Service Zone partners with the Department of Health and Human Services to deliver human service programs to our community. As a Direct Care Associate, you will provide in‑home care, transportation, shopping, and housekeeping duties to elderly and disabled citizens to support their continued ability to remain in their own homes and communities. This position will be based in Ransom County but requires travel to surrounding areas. Responsibilities Provide in‑home care, transportation, shopping, and housekeeping to clients. Travel daily to client homes within the coverage area. Document activities and maintain accurate records. Work independently and collaborate with team members as needed. Qualifications 18 years of age or older. High school diploma or equivalent. At least two years of direct care experience with elderly and/or disabled populations. Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred. Must be able to travel independently. Benefits Medical, dental, and life insurance coverage. Retirement package.
