We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Administrative Assistant to provide remote support to our teams or executives. This role will involve managing emails, organizing calendars, handling data entry tasks, and assisting with other essential administrative duties. If you're organized, tech-savvy, and enjoy helping teams stay on track, we'd love to have you on board! Key Responsibilities: Manage and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
Organize calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Accurately input and maintain data in various systems.
Prepare, format, and edit documents as needed.
Assist with organizing and facilitating virtual meetings.
Provide excellent customer service and support via email and phone.
What We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent.
0-2 years of administrative experience or a strong willingness to learn.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Certification in administrative assistance (e.g., CAP, CAA).
Experience with CRM software.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
Technical Skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
CRM software experience.
Familiarity with project management tools.
Comfortable using video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Skype).
Work Environment: Remote work-from-home position.
