Perform thorough inspections. Document clearly & communicate well. Recommend honest repairs (no sales pressure). Keep a clean, organized bay. Help mentor newer techs when needed. What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of professional shop experience. Strong diagnostics & drivability skills. ASEs (or willing to earn them — we pay). Team player with professionalism and integrity. Pay & Perks: $33/hr starting + production bonus. Mon–Fri, 7:30–4:30 — weekends & holidays off. Vacation & PTO. 50% employer‑paid medical/dental/vision (after 180 days). Paid ASEs & ATI training.
