We're looking for our first consumer growth product manager to help us build magical experiences for our users and help them turn their data into value for themselves and help turn hushh into a sustainable venture. You'd be successful in this role if you're able to help hushh build consumer facing product that achieves product market fit towards our mission of helping users with their own data and turn their data into a real helpful asset for them, by making their data available to developers who want serve them with their choices and context.

We're looking for a talented and experienced Consumer Data Product Manager to join our team and help us achieve our ambitious goals.

As a key member of our team, you'll be at the forefront of turning user data into real user value, making it easy for users to organize, manage, and even monetize their own data assets. You'll work closely with our CTO and founding team to develop a business and investment plan, a product and business roadmap, and a growth strategy that will take us from zero to hero in record time. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of our consumer product offering, from ideation to launch and beyond.
• Turn user data into real user value by creating magical experiences that delight our users.
• Develop a business and investment plan, a product and business roadmap, and a growth strategy that will help us achieve our ambitious goals.
• Work closely with our CTO and founding team to build and scale our product and business organization.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our users, their needs, and their behaviors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product launches and growth.
• Build and lead a team of talented product managers and designers.

Our headquarters are in Kirkland, Washington, and Kirkland is the primary work location for this role.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience building and scaling consumer product experiences, preferably in the data or technology industry with deep experience in consumer advertising and marketing technologies
• Passionate about turning user data into real user value, and creating unforgettable experiences that delight users.
• Hunger and passion for working with data, and answering questions and solving problems using data-driven insights.
• Strong leadership skills, with a track record of building and leading successful product teams.
• Proven ability to develop and execute on a business and investment plan, a product and business roadmap, and a growth strategy.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
