We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Advanced Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a significant impact in the lives of our patients. You will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and developing comprehensive treatment plans for patients with complex wound care needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and clinical evaluations for patients with acute and chronic wounds.
- Develop and implement individualized wound care management plans based on evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide education to patients and families regarding wound management and prevention.
- Stay current with advancements in wound care management and participate in continuous professional development. Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Nursing (NP program).
- Current Nurse Practitioner licensure and certification.
- Wound Care Certification program completion preferred or willingness to enroll.
- Previous experience in wound care preferred.
- Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. What We Offer:
