Medical Biller (Bilingual) - Pediatrics

About the Role Nevada Pediatric Specialists is hiring a Medical Biller to manage claims, follow-up, and patient account resolution in a high-volume pediatric practice . This role is responsible for working accounts receivable, resolving denials, and ensuring accurate claim processing in alignment with internal workflows and payer requirements. Key Responsibilities Work A/R follow-up (denials, rejections, unpaid claims) Review and interpret EOBs/ERAs for accurate posting and next steps Submit and track appeals and corrected claims Resolve COB issues and insurance discrepancies Communicate with insurance companies and patients regarding claims Support patient balance resolution and payment plan processes for collection management Handle billing phone calls and provide professional patient support Role requires strong understanding of EOBs, payer responses, and accurate follow-up actions to prevent missed revenue and errors Requirements 1+ year medical billing experience (required) Experience with: Medicaid & MCOs (required) Commercial/private insurance Strong knowledge of: A/R follow-up, denials, and appeals Insurance eligibility and claim resolution Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Preferred eClinicalWorks (eCW) highly preferred (EMR/EHR experience required if no eCW) In-person position only – no remote work Must demonstrate ability to: Work A/R independently and consistently Identify and resolve claim issues without delay Follow structured workflows and meet productivity expectations #J-18808-Ljbffr
