24 Seven is hiring a Digital Designer in Phoenix, AZ for an onsite role focused on strategic, hands‑on creative. In this position, you will craft bold, high-impact design work that spans digital and print while partnering across teams to support brand growth, customer loyalty, and measurable business outcomes. What you’ll do Concept, design, and deliver creative across web, app, email, social, packaging, print , and other marketing channels. Turn brand strategy and visual guidelines into cohesive, high-quality design solutions. Own projects from concept through production and final-file delivery. Work closely with creative, marketing, project management , and business partners. Present design rationale clearly, then incorporate feedback with urgency and confidence. Introduce new ideas, creative trends, and technology that elevate the work. Support photo and video shoots while maintaining visual and brand consistency. Manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and keep exceptional attention to detail. What you bring 6+ years of professional experience in graphic design, digital design, or art direction. A standout portfolio showing strong typography, layout, color, photography, animation , and cross-channel design. Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite ; experience with XD , Mac OS , and Microsoft Office is a plus. Experience producing work for digital platforms, social media, email, web, and print . Strong animation skills plus understanding of production and file-preparation best practices . A thoughtful, collaborative approach to problem-solving and integrating creative feedback. Excellent organization, time management, communication, and presentation skills. A proactive, resourceful mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
