Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Bank Teller to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $20.00 to $25.00 per year.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver a personalized customer experience focused on financial well-being and loyalty.
- Process various customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Educate customers on financial alternatives and available banking solutions.
- Identify banking opportunities during interactions and refer customers to appropriate staff.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures while handling daily branch operations.
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills to build positive relationships.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail when processing transactions.
- Utilize financial tools and technology to assist customers effectively.
- Exhibit problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Adhere to security and compliance guidelines while performing transactions.
- Have prior experience in customer service, banking, or cash handling.
- Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Show ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
