Job Opportunity: Attending Anesthesiologist

Our organization, in collaboration with a prominent healthcare facility, is thrilled to announce an opening for an Attending Anesthesiologist. We are particularly interested in candidates who are willing to work evening and night shifts, along with some weekend and daytime hours. Further details can be discussed during the interview process.

• Administer anesthetics to ensure patients are pain-free during surgical and medical procedures.
• Assess patients to evaluate surgical risks and determine the appropriate type of anesthetic and sedation required, discussing findings with the relevant medical team.
• Document the type and dosage of anesthetics and sedation given, as well as the patient's condition before, during, and after the procedure.
• Offer consultative, resuscitative, and therapeutic services to patients experiencing shock, respiratory issues, or acute/chronic pain.

• M.D. or D.O. degree.
• Completion of ACGME accredited residency training in Anesthesiology.
• Board certification by the ABA or in the process of obtaining certification.
• A valid New York State medical license, along with DEA and Medicaid numbers.
• Strong clinical skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in public health systems is preferred.
