This individual will be responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of construction projects from kickoff to closeout Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts Lead subcontractor selection, buyout, and contract negotiations Oversee project execution to ensure quality, safety, and timeline adherence Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders Coordinate with field teams, superintendents, and internal departments Identify and resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements Qualifications 4+ years of experience in commercial construction project management Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and scheduling Experience managing ground-up and/or renovation projects Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.) Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred What Success Looks Like Projects delivered on time and within budget Strong client satisfaction and repeat business Effective collaboration with field and office teams Proactive problem-solving and leadership throughout the project lifecycle Information about applying was removed to maintain compliance with our posting guidelines.
