A skilled nursing and rehabilitation center on the Southwest Side of the Chicago area, is hiring a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead the building. As part of the growing THRYVE Healthcare family, the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) leads a facility offering skilled nursing, short-term rehab, respiratory, dialysis, cardiac, and memory care services with a dedicated clinical and therapy team. Prior nursing home experience is required for this Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) role.

Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Duties
Direct day-to-day operations of the skilled nursing facility (SNF)
Lead and support department heads, including the Director of Nursing (DON)
Maintain survey readiness and regulatory compliance
Manage census, budget, and staffing
Uphold resident rights, quality of care, and quality of life
