Logistics Account Executive

Logistics Broker
As a Logistics Broker at Carrier Connex, you'll own and grow your book of business from day one. Your focus is simple: win freight, move it efficiently, and build long-term relationships that keep it coming back. You'll negotiate rates, solve complex shipping challenges, and connect shippers with reliable carrier capacity across FTL, LTL, auto transport, drayage, and international freight.
Backed by 50+ years of combined industry experience, Carrier Connex provides the support, market insight, and operational backbone you need to scale quickly and confidently. From domestic lanes to international forwarding and government-backed opportunities, you'll have the tools to compete at a high level.

What You Bring:
- Experience with logistics software and tools. (Excel & TMS's)
- Experience running a book of business
- Lead generation
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow; must be able to be coached.
- Competitive mindset with a willingness to be coached and improve
What You'll Do:
- Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers and shippers to ensure competitive pricing and service levels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their logistics needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Monitor shipments and resolve any issues that may arise during the transportation process.
- Analyze market trends and data to optimize routing and shipping strategies.
