Dentist

Clinical Care: Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatments, including restorative, endodontic, and oral surgery procedures.
Treatment Planning: Develop and discuss personalized treatment plans with patients, ensuring they understand their options and the importance of oral health.
Patient Management: Provide gentle and effective care for patients of all ages, managing dental anxieties and building long-term trust.
Supervision: Lead and collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists to ensure efficient clinical flow and adherence to safety protocols.
Compliance: Maintain accurate electronic patient records and ensure all clinical activities comply with state and federal regulations, including OSHA and HIPAA.

part-time $156,400 - $199,800 per year

- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
- Pay Structure: 28% – 32% of collections, depending on experience and open to negotiation.

Retirement: Optional 401(k) retirement plan available.

Monday – Friday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Choose all or some days).
Saturday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
Flexibility: Specific days and hours are open to negotiation to fit your availability.

• Licensed dentist

Licensure: Valid Connecticut State Dental License.
Registrations: Current DEA registration and Controlled Substance registration.
Professional Standards: Active Malpractice Insurance and a valid NPI number.
Clinical Proficiency: Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to perform a wide range of general dentistry procedures.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex clinical information clearly to patients.

Linguistic Skills: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly valued but not required.
Experience: Previous experience in a high-volume clinical setting is a plus, though we are open to negotiations based on skill level.
