The Barrel Steak & Seafood House is currently hiring full and part time evening line cook positions. Minimum 2 years experience required. Wage Pay range for position: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour Earn weekly tips Responsibilities/Duties Follow all policies and procedures On time and attend all meetings Stock and set up kitchen stations Ensure that all food products and menu items meet company recipe specifications for preparation, quality and preparation Work with front of house staff to ensure that orders are completed according to food & service standards and on time Complete all assigned opening, running, closing duties and side work Ensure sanitation and food safety procedures, regulations and laws are strictly followed Ensure a safe working environment to reduce the risk of incident, injury and food handling related issues Please note, job duties are subject to change at the company’s discretion.
