Project/Program Manager III

E-Logic is seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager III to lead technical operations and event execution in support of Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic and DARPA Science & Technology (S&T) programs. In this role, you will oversee logistics, advanced technology development support, budget tracking, and geographically diverse teams executing complex defense technology demonstrations. Key Responsibilities Oversee program planning, execution, budget management, risk mitigation, and scheduling for DARPA technology demonstration events. Serve as the primary liaison between E-Logic, government stakeholders, and cross-functional engineering teams. Deliver required contract deliverables, including monthly status reports (TOSR), milestone plans, and event logistics summaries. Coordinate travel, site surveys, vendor staffing, and onsite event management across various U.S. testing facilities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or Business. Must hold an active PMP Certification . 10 years of experience in electronic systems engineering support, with five (5) years focused on DoD R&D programs. OR Master's degree with 6 years of experience in electronic systems engineering support 5 years in DoD R&D programs).
