Job Title: Operations Analyst Job Category: Project and Program Management Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Continental US The Opportunity CACI is seeking a cleared Operations Analyst to support an Army Program Director at Fort Belvoir, VA. You will independently apply comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments, including managing personnel onboarding and offboarding, and supporting organizational-level operations and information with higher headquarters, subordinate organizations, and external stakeholders. Responsibilities Participate in the planning, execution, and monitoring of program activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Support organizational-level operations and information with higher headquarters, subordinate organizations, and external stakeholders. Manage taskers and staffing packets. Develop and publish organizational-level operations functional policies, procedures, orders, letters of instruction, and other directives. Control, manage, and schedule organizational resources such as conference rooms and calendars. Plan, resource, and support organizational events (command and staff meetings, town halls, ceremonies, etc.). Archive operations functional documents and information. Represent operations functional leadership at meetings and conferences. Plan and manage facility requirements. Depending on placement in the organization, may be required to support special requirements. Qualifications Required Active Secret Security Clearance Associate’s degree with 12 years of relevant experience Ability to use Microsoft applications including SharePoint Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work with others Demonstrated technical, analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent time management, and ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously Desired Bachelor's Degree 10+ years of relevant experience Previous experience supporting an Army Product Manager office Pay Range $78,700 - $165,200 Benefits Our broad and competitive mix of benefits options is designed to support and protect employees and their families, including healthcare, wellness, financial, retirement, family support, continuing education, and time off benefits.
