Job Description Maintenance Assistant Reserve at Mission, US-KS-Overland Park Are you a Maintenance Assistant seeking an exciting new career opportunity? Look no further! Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking maintenance rockstars to join our team! If you are dedicated and compassionate, WE WANT YOU! What Will You Do in This Role? As a Maintenance Assistant, you will perform the activities of the maintenance department to ensure environmental compliance in accordance with Federal, State and Local ordinance, regulations and building codes. You will assist in the maintenance of the facility to ensure a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition; in good repair, free from hazards such as those caused by electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating, and cooling systems. - A fire and passion for working with seniors
- A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
- High school diploma, or equivalent, preferred
- Prior experience in maintenance in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting highly preferred
- Prior maintenance experience required
- Must possess knowledge of commercial laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
