• Scheduled clinical hours plus call -- beeper call, 30 min response
• 12 operating rooms available
• Inpatient and outpatient anesthesiology coverage required
• Cases include ortho, vascular, head/spine, neuro, OB, and thoracic
• No cardiac or pediatric cases
• General, spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia skills required
• Neurosurgical, complex vascular, and complex ortho cases included
• Pain management techniques required -- epidural and extremity blocks
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
