Your Role:
As a Service Technician at Moss Bros. Auto Group, you will:
- Perform efficient, high-quality repairs according to dealership standards
- Conduct test drives, and use diagnostic tools to assess vehicle systems
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle systems, from engines to brakes and everything in between
- Work closely with Service Advisors to keep customers informed and ensure smooth communication
- Perform warranty repairs and uphold the manufacturer's specifications
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of Service Technician experience you know your way around an engine
- Expertise in Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair (B-Level preferred)
- Exceptional mechanical, troubleshooting, and diagnostic skills
- A team player with a positive attitude and the eagerness to learn
- Ability to adapt to new technology and service procedures
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
