Head Housekeeper

Job Type: Full-Time We are seeking an experienced and detail-orientedHeadHousekeeper to lead our housekeeping team, oversee daily operations, andensure the highest standards of cleanliness and IHG Brand Standards are met. - Supervise, train, and support housekeeping staff, ensuring adherence to company standards.
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage.
- Conduct daily inspections of rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory.
- Address and resolve guest concerns related to housekeeping.
- Enforcing IHG Brand Standards and trainings.
- Involvement in Quality Audits
- Collaborate with management to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain records of staff performance, attendance, and training.
- Assist in hands-on cleaning duties when needed to support the team.
- Previous supervisory or managerial experience in housekeeping or hospitality (2+ years preferred).
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to train, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety procedures.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
