This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing national brand as part of our founding team. We are seeking an ambitious, motivated, and relationship-driven salesperson to help develop and grow commercial accounts throughout the Sacramento market. Job Description PIRTEK is currently seeking an ambitious and motivated salesperson to help grow our business within the construction, manufacturing, transportation, equipment rental, fleet maintenance, municipal, and industrial markets. No hydraulic hose experience is required. We provide paid training and the tools necessary for long-term success. Responsibilities Acquire new commercial accounts daily and weekly through prospecting and relationship building Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, customer visits, referrals, and networking Develop and maintain relationships with fleet managers, maintenance managers, shop managers, operations managers, and business owners Drive sales growth through lead generation and account development Work closely with current customers to identify additional service opportunities Promote PIRTEK's emergency hydraulic and industrial hose replacement services Make quick decisions in a fast-paced industry while delivering exceptional customer service Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Proven sales experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Positive attitude and professional appearance Self-motivated and goal-oriented Clean driving record and valid driver's license Willingness to travel for company-sponsored training in Florida Industrial, construction, transportation, fleet, manufacturing, or equipment rental experience is a plus Benefits Base Salary + Commission Company-Paid Travel and Lodging - 1 week Florida Training Comprehensive Paid Training Program – No Hydraulic Experience Required Monthly Vehicle Reimbursement / Mileage Reimbursement Company Phone and Technology Tools Long-Term Career Opportunity No Weekends Structure and Stability Great Work Environment Career Advancement Opportunities Opportunity to Join the Founding Team of PIRTEK Sacramento West #J-18808-Ljbffr ComForCare
