Open Doors is seeking a Residential Financial Coordinator to play a key role in managing participant funds, financial tracking, and compliance—while partnering closely with cross-functional teams and leadership. Position Overview The Residential Financial Coordinator is responsible for a wide range of financial coordination tasks, including accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), payroll, participant funds, taxes, financial reporting, and analysis . This role also collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations and procedures and provides support to executive leadership. Essential Functions Track residents’ expenses and reconcile them with receipts Serve as a liaison between the organization and state guardianship for: Personal spending Room and board Quarterly Resident Trust Accounts (RTA) Deposit checks to the company bank Create spreadsheets each month on specific dates according to: Room and board Personal spending Stipend payments Conduct monthly audits of room and board, personal spending, and stipend payments Understand and work with participant funds systems RFMS Track and monitor FHP payments Perform other duties as assigned SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY No supervisory responsibilities Compensation details: 24.04-24.04 Yearly Salary #J-18808-Ljbffr A Hiring Company
