What to Expect

Gotion is seeking a responsible line leader to oversee their production line and the hourly associates working it. Ensuring a smooth production schedule and training new employees on that line. This person will also report daily line and associate status to the Production Supervisor and ensure all safety regulations are followed.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure smooth running of the production line.
• Ensuring hourly associates are following safe and efficient processes.  
• Daily reporting of production metrics to Production Supervisor.
• Training new hires in production processes.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed.

What You’ll Bring

• 1+ years’ experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong leadership skills are required
• Must have knowledge of safe and efficient work practices. Especially in a manufacturing setting.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $22/hr.-26/hr., plus eligibility for bonus and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by factors such as the role, level, and geographic location. Expected Pay Range

$22—$26 USD
