Education Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Skills + Experience Requirements

Previous warehouse auditing, inventory control, or quality control experience preferred. Experience using RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to identify and investigate inventory or order discrepancies. Basic documentation and reporting skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Dependable attendance and punctuality.

Job Duties

• Inspect inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Audit completed orders for correct product, quantity, labeling, and packaging.
• Verify inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies.
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory control processes.
• Document quality issues and communicate findings to supervisors.
• Ensure products meet established quality standards.
• Use RF scanners and WMS technology to complete warehouse audits.
• Maintain accurate quality records and complete required reports.
• Follow safety, GMP, and warehouse procedures.
• Perform general warehouse duties as assigned.

Physical Capabilities

Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift. Bend and perform repetitive warehouse tasks. Lift up to 50 lbs. Work in temperatures ranging from approximately 42°F to 55°F. Work in both regular warehouse and cold storage areas. Wear required steel-toe shoes.
