Office Specialist - OSV/ Accounting Specialist Applications closing on June 15, 2026, 05:00 PM Job Type Full Time Package $60,461 - $76,228 Plus Benefits and Retirement The City of Molalla is seeking a full-time non-represented Office Specialist. This position works under the direction of the Finance Director. This position performs daily accounting duties and must have exceptional customer service.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Work cooperatively with other team members. Communicate effectively in a positive manner. Provide positive support to internal and external customers. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology. Knowledge of the City’s Municipal Code Knowledge of Utility Billing (preferred qualification - not required) Knowledge of Caselle Software(preferred qualification - not required Education and Experience High School Diploma required Associate degree or higher preferred Three (3) years of an office environment experience in local government setting is preferred The City will consider applicants with any combination of education and experience that illustrates qualification for this role.
