Hanshaw Kennedy Hafen, LLP is a 22-year-old growing boutique litigation firm in Collin County. We are represent major hospital systems in commercial disputes, reimbursement disputes, and arbitration matters. We are hiring an associate and/or counsel to support our healthcare arbitration and litigation matters.

Role Description

What You’ll Do

• Manage arbitration from intake through final hearing 
• Adapt and apply legal arguments to specific claim groups
• Coordinate with partners, associates, and paralegals
• Identify issues, trends, and opportunities for escalation
• Contribute to improving workflows

Qualifications

• 4–10 years of litigation experience
• Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and workstreams
• Healthcare/payor-provider experience is a plus
