Housekeeping Job Opportunity at Trinity Elms

Trinity Elms, part of Lutheran Services Carolinas, is hiring.

Pay and Benefits:

• Pay rate discussed during the interview
• Daily Pay available
• Benefits start after 30 days (including insurance and PTO)
• Option for $3.00 extra per hour instead of benefits

Position Summary:

Maintain facility cleanliness to ensure safety and hygiene.

Essential Functions:

• Dust assigned areas
• Dry mop floors
• Clean trashcans and replace liners
• Clean bathroom fixtures and walls
• Clean chrome fixtures
• Dispose of floor debris
• Report repairs or light replacements
• Ensure a safe environment and report hazards
• Report accidents immediately
• Use emergency equipment as needed
• Maintain confidentiality
• Interact with residents and peers
• Participate in educational programs
• Follow LSC's mission and values
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Education: Ability to read and understand instructions
• Experience: Knowledge of cleaning standards
• Skills: Good vision, effective communication, ability to work independently

Preferences:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, 10 pounds regularly
• Climb ladders, stoop, bend repeatedly
• Occasional outdoor work
• Possible exposure to blood, body fluids, and chemicals
