You Belong Here.Sr. Manager StrategyIrvine, CA/ Full-timeYour responsibilitiesSupport strategy development and implementation for BSH Region North America (henceforth referred to RNA) as an independent contributor by acting as a strategy development and implementation support for the RNA board of management, independently managing strategic projects and being responsible for RNA in BSH’s global strategy process.Regional strategy development and implementationAs co-owner of regional strategy process manage strategy development and implementation for Region North America for BSH and align regional strategy with corporate strategyTake on responsibility of coordinating regional strategy and corporate strategy with stakeholders from corporate in Munich and other regional teamsConduct workshops to assist the strategy formation and implementationStrategic project managementSupport strategic projects and programs functioning in range of roles spanning from full time project manager to strategic sparring partner working as part of cross functional teamsManage, consult strategic project on behalf of RNA board of management or functional leadership for the operational side of the businessConduct relevant research to support the projects or strategy developmentBoard and senior management supportProvide support for RNA board by preparing analysis and presentationsPresent findings to senior leadership in BSHSupport functional leadership to develop functional strategies in line with regional and global strategyOther tasksSupport Head of Strategy with daily tasksBest practice sharing with corporate strategy and other regional strategy teamsTake on part time responsibility of developing competence center for topics like design thinking, agile organization, market research etc.Conduct trainings for BSH RNA employees on topics relevant to projects or strategic skills and toolkitsPerform all other duties as assignedYour profile· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or similar field Required· Master’s Degree/MBA preferred· 7-10 Years of Experience (strategy development) – Required· 5-7 Years of Experience (project management) – Required· 5-7 Years of Experience (consulting) – Preferred· Deep understanding of strategic frameworks· Project management skills· Comfortable in ambiguous situations· Ability to spar, challenge, and advise senior leadership· Comfortable presenting to senior leadership· Strong Powerpoint skills· Travel Percentage – 10%Your Pay & BenefitsThe pay range posted for this position is based on the location noted in the posting title. Exact compensation offered may vary based on your specific skillset and work location. If the position is bonus or incentive eligible then the payments range from 0% to 200% of target with details laid out within the plan document.
