Commercial Project Estimator
Reese Roofing & Construction is looking for a Commercial Project Estimator who wants to turn their estimating ability into high earnings and performance-based income.
This position is ideal for someone who understands commercial roofing and exterior construction and wants the opportunity to earn well beyond a traditional estimator salary.
Instead of simply preparing bids, you'll play a key role in identifying, pricing, and helping secure commercial projects across the Tampa Bay area.
Top performers in this role have the potential to earn six figures through project commissions.
What You'll Do
Review commercial project plans, drawings, and specifications
Perform takeoffs and prepare detailed cost estimates
Develop pricing for commercial roofing and exterior construction projects
Work with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive bids
Assist in preparing and submitting project proposals
Collaborate with ownership and project managers to secure projects
Support project teams during pre-construction planning
