- The Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) works closely with clinic patients to support injury prevention, rehabilitation, recovery, and overall musculoskeletal health
- Serves as an integral member of the Orthopedic Clinic care team, collaborating with physicians, advanced practice providers, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Certified Athletic Trainer provides full-scope clinical athletic training services, including injury evaluation, treatment, rehabilitation, therapeutic exercise, patient education, and development of individualized injury prevention and conditioning programs.
- Minimum one year full-time experience as a Certified Athletic Trainer in hospital or clinic setting.
- Certified by the National Athletic Trainers' Association Board of Certification (NATABOC) and maintain standards established by the National Athletic Trainers' Association (NATA) role delineation.
