Graphic Design Internship

Position: Graphic Design Intern (UNPAID INTERNSHIP) Hours: 25 hours per week minimum Peak Sports MGMT is seeking a Graphic Design Intern to join our team at our headquarters just north of Dallas. This role will work closely with our Social Media & Marketing team to help bring the Peak Sports MGMT brand to life through compelling visual content. This internship is ideal for someone with a strong eye for design and a desire to create graphics that engage audiences across digital platforms. What You'll Do Design and produce engaging graphics for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, and LinkedIn Collaborate with the Social Media & Marketing team to develop creative concepts for campaigns, announcements, and brand initiatives Assist in creating visual assets for short-form video content (thumbnails, overlays, motion graphics, etc.) Develop branded templates to ensure consistency across all Peak Sports MGMT content Support the design of promotional materials such as digital ads, recruiting graphics, and marketing collateral Help maintain and evolve the visual identity of the Peak Sports MGMT brand Assist with additional creative and marketing projects as needed What We're Looking For Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, or a recent graduate with at least a bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university Strong interest in sports, branding, and digital content creation Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.) is a plus Understanding of social media design trends and what performs well across platforms Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once Creative thinker with a willingness to take feedback and iterate quickly Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Why Peak Sports MGMT This internship provides hands-on experience in sports branding and digital design, offering the opportunity to work on real campaigns and contribute visually to a growing sports management company.
