Job Description About the Role We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team in a part‑time role, focused on supporting our Personal Lines department. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys detail‑oriented work, and is interested in exploring a career in the insurance industry. The position will provide the applicant the opportunity to be part of an experienced team, learn the insurance industry, and become a licensed insurance agent. Training & Career Development Our agency will sponsor and fund your preparation to earn your New Jersey Insurance License. Identify opportunities to improve coverage and/or reduce costs for existing clients upon renewal. Work closely with the Personal Lines team to learn best practices and gain hands‑on experience in client service and policy management. Support the department with administrative and follow‑up tasks related to client accounts. Requirements Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Eagerness to learn and ability to work well in a team environment. Comfortable with basic computer systems and willingness to learn industry‑specific tools.
