We invest heavily in clinical development. Our therapists have backgrounds in orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, pelvic health, manual therapy, dry needling, and spinal manipulation.

Compensation & Benefits

Your work should be rewarded.

Our compensation and benefits include:

• $130,000-150,000 Total compensation

• $100,000-120,000 salary

Qualifications

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a Physical Therapist who:

• Graduated from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program

• Holds or is eligible for an Alaska Physical Therapy license

• Wants to continue growing clinically

• Values collaboration over competition

• Communicates well with patients and coworkers

• Wants to contribute ideas instead of simply following a script

• Cares about delivering excellent patient care

• Wants to be part of a team they genuinely enjoy
