Senior Network AdministratorOdyssey Systems is seeking a Senior Network Administrator to support the Training Division (AFLCMC/WNR) at Hill Air Force Base in Ogden, Utah. The WNR Division serves as the Air Force's technical, acquisition, and sustainment authority, delivering comprehensive and mission-critical support to the warfighter. The division supports a broad portfolio of Air Force systems including Electronic Warfare, Range Systems, Air Combat Training, Command and Control Systems, Advanced Radar Threat Systems, and Combat Survivor Evader Locator systems. The division also provides ongoing support to depot-level sustainment, Foreign Military Sales (FMS), and partners including the U.S. Army, Navy, PACAF, ACC, AFMC, and AETC.This role specifically supports the Live Mission Operations Capability (LMOC) program within AFLCMC/WNR. LMOC enables real-time weapon modeling and automated data delivery across live training and debriefing environments, enhancing training value, density, and fidelity across mission planning, execution, reconstruction, and review.ResponsibilitiesIn this Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) role, the Senior Network Administrator provides expert-level technical support to Department of Defense (DoD) programs by assisting government leadership with planning, execution, and decision-making throughout the acquisition lifecycle.Duties include, but are not limited to:Administer and maintain LAN and WAN systems, including network security across classified and unclassified environmentsProvide secure communication venues for product teams to discuss sensitive requirements and designsSupport assessment, development, and sustainment of telecommunications infrastructure including phones, videoconferencing, and messaging systemsAssist with development of web-based IT equipment management systems and custom Government software applicationsPerform VMware server administration, including virtualization and high-availability environmentsProvide help desk support, managing IT trouble tickets and user access to Government systems such as ABSS, CPARs, and CASInstall and maintain communications cabling including CAT5 and fiber infrastructureDevelop documentation and artifacts required for DIACAP and RMF certification of classified and unclassified networksConduct system security reviews of new designs and software to identify risks and vulnerabilitiesIntegrate new technologies and provide recommendations for infrastructure improvementsAnalyze system usage, troubleshoot IT infrastructure issues, and implement upgrades to improve reliabilitySupport Air Force network interfaces to ensure availability and integrity of mission-critical systemsQualificationsCitizenship Must be a U.S. citizenMinimum Required QualificationsClearance: Active Secret clearanceEducation & Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field and 12 years of experience in the respective technical discipline, including 5 years in the DoD OR ,15 years of directly related experience with appropriate certifications, including 8 years in the DoDCertifications: DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II certificationPreferred QualificationsEducation: Masters or Doctorate Degree in related field with at least 10 years of experience in technical discipline, including 5 years in DoD.Technical SkillsNetwork administration (LAN/WAN, classified and unclassified systems)VMware server managementDIACAP and RMF complianceSecure communications infrastructureHelp desk operations and troubleshootingCabling and hardware installationFamiliarity with Government acquisition and logistics systemsInterpersonal SkillsStrong coordination and communication skillsAbility to work effectively in cross-functional teamsEffective problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesCustomer-focused support mindsetAdditional InformationLocation: On-site at Hill AFB, Ogden, UTWork Schedule: On-siteCompany OverviewOdyssey is a world-class technical, engineering, and integration company serving the warfighting ecosystem with airborne integration, ISR, C2, and warfighter readiness capabilities.
