This role will own end-to-end agreement lifecycle management, enforce compliance policies, and serve as the primary point of accountability for in-country compliance and reporting across global programs.Key ResponsibilitiesManage workflow for MOUs, contracts, and partnership agreements for global initiativesOversee the entire agreement cycle, including intake, review routing to internal counsel and outside legal teams, and final approvalDrive day-to-day enforcement of compliance policies across international programsServe as the single point of accountability for in-country compliance and reportingCoordinate IP-related workstreams, including trademark filings, ownership frameworks, and protections for proprietary AI tools and program-generated dataMaintain and improve compliance tracking systemsSupport leadership with operational and reporting needs for international programsPreferred QualificationsExperience with cross-border compliance and reportingFamiliarity with non-profit governance and regulatory requirementsStrong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detailAbility to manage complex workflows across multiple stakeholdersThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced operations and compliance professional to lead critical global processes in a dynamic AI-focused non-profit environment while contributing to high-impact international programs.
